Our retreat is designed to nurture both body and spirit through a balance of healing, creativity, adventure, and rest. Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be invited to take part in:
Group Healing – gentle somatic movement, Reiki-infused sessions, sound healing with crystal bowls and other instruments, shamanic drumming, guided meditation, and more.
Creative Workshops – expressive practices like intuitive painting, journaling prompts, music and bonfire circles, and hands-on crafts (with some special surprises still in the works!).
Excursions – optional outdoor adventures such as guided nature walks, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, or nearby scenic trail explorations. You’ll also receive a list of local gems for self-guided outings—or you may choose to simply relax and enjoy the serenity of the retreat house.
Add-Ons – personalized 1:1 sessions with your facilitators (Reiki, sound healing, intuitive readings, somatic healing, etc.), plus massage therapy and visiting practitioners offering additional care and support.
The flow of the weekend includes a Friday evening welcome bonfire blending healing and creativity, a full Saturday of group sessions, workshops, and excursions, and closing activities on Sunday before departure. Every experience is optional, allowing you to follow what feels most aligned—whether that’s connection, adventure, or deep rest. (a full itinerary will be released as we get closer)
